Well, in reaction to my experience at my first Freeze your Bus Off event, for therapy, I did some drawings which I hope would put a stop of my continuing nightmares of being stuck out in Siberia's dark winters freezing to death in the bus.  cold-

One of my therapeutic drawings seemed to be good enough to be displayed. So I thought why not put it on a shirt?

I made a black and white and with Katie's colored pencils, a slight  colored version.

Under  "FYOB-2019" is the sentence "FREEZE YOUR BUS OFF at NJ BELLPLAIN STATE FOREST".  At the bottom of the shirt is says ?AN EVERY JANURARY EVENT SPONSED BY THE SOUTH JERSEY VW CLUB ?

Near the bottom of  the drawing is the infamous unknown camper (to me) who fell asleep outside while it was snowing during one of the previous outings- had to capture him sleeping...covered with snow.

For the back of the shirt, I was inspired by Tracy when she handed cards out at FYBO showing the dates and temperatures of the previous FYBO's.... I also stole   ...was inspired by an early Shawn/Tracy  colored "Stamp" picture of FYOB.  It was so good, I had to ??.ummm... use it.

Reddish lettering is those dates which had well above freezing
All lettering on the back is icicley" font.

I think I will order the B&W and see how it is in real life.  -do have to center the drawing better beforehand tho
Was fun to do. Just wanted to share my efforts.

Will wear it in the summertime hopefully to lure in hidden VW owners into talking, and let them know about the club.

Those are awesome  can I get in on ordering  2 with you

Those are really cool. For the record, FYBO is not sponsored by SJVWC. That one is all me and Tracy. If you are making those shirts for real I?ll buy some. They?re awesome.

The VWs you can sleep in are more gooder

Thanks, I was thinking of ordering just the B&W one just to make sure the lettering is not distorted or something weird.
If all looks ok, I will take orders.
Hmmm, maybe I will order both, and see how they come out before more orders - not sure if someone would one the colored one.

Not sure how long the pictures will last up on site, as for their orign, I put it on the thesamba, and they have taken other pictures of mine down not fitting their category. don't think these pictures do either  whistll=-

No that was like 6 years ago Matt.
If you have to copy at least be original!

Well, then I am very glad you are beyond that point Howard!!!

Don't necessarily have to go or own a bus to have a shirt....

An update.

Got the 1st shirt back, was black and white format. Printing was good, but my wife pointed out to me a quite a bit of resizing of the pictures back and front, as well as the sizing of the words have to be redone... and she is right.

Also I understand I need to decouple SJVWC from being tied to setting up this event in anyway so as to avoid any liability issues,.. so the words on the bottom of the shirt which say
"AN EVERY JANUARY EVENT SPONSORED BY THE SOUTH JERSEY VW CLUB "  will have to be changed.

So I am looking for  alternate sentence suggestions for replacement, but I would like to mention SJVWC in the sentence.
Suggestions so far

"Everyone in SJVWC loves FYBO!"

"AN ANNUAL JANUARY EVENT ALWAYS ATTENDED BY SOUTH JERSEY CLUB MEMBERS."

I was hoping to get it right the first time, every revision costs $$ - bummer. This time.. definitely!

OK, after ordering a number of shirts, (and moving things an inch to the left, then to the top, then font change...smaller, larger, too faint..... it went on and on), shirts are going to be as professional ( cough) as they can get.

I have to give credit to my wife Marilyn, who was really good at minimizing my changes, helping to save my sanity.

All shirts have this on the back, in color, even for the B&W front shirts

Let me know if anyone is still interested
