THE JUNE MEETING IS ON!

Ok- we are going to give this a try

South Jersey Volkswagen club will be holding its June meeting BEHIND Geets diner, 14 N, Blackhorse Pike at 7pm, Monday June 1st.

We ask that you park with an empty space in between cars and that you respect the wishes of those of us that want to wear a mask. Please stay 6 feet apart and keep your hands to yourself.

it wont be an overly long meeting but hopefully it will help us start to get things back to normal.

It seems Racks does not want us hanging around on their empty lot.

We have had to move the meeting to Behind Geets Diner. Geets is offering take out for dinner so dont be afraid to throw them a little business. Show up early and take it to go!

John, I thought it was a very good meeting we had yesterday at Geets Diner.
We had a good showing of members AND several VW's were there as well! That was the most VW's I have ever seen at a Club meeting!
Lots of interesting items were discussed. Everyone came with a mask and a chair, kept a social distance and were very responsible.
With all the recent news about rioting and looting due to the recent unfortunate death of a man at the hands of police, we were well behaved, and respectful.
It was great to see everyone esp WITH their cars!
I feel very fortunate to be a part of an organized group that all members genuinely care about each other due to this common thread of the unique little VW.
It was nice to laugh and socialize with people that understand my fetish with my car after weeks of not being allowed to see them. We have a great club.
Thanks to Jack Kessel and Joe Tierno for having the insight to realize there is a calling for those people that share in the desire to get together whenever possible to have fun, share stories and repair issues with those that get it.
Well done John, and thanks for all you do for us.
