COME AND CELEBRATE SJVWC 20th  YEAR BIRTHDAY PARTY AND PICNIC
  A quick-look back at history-On June 4, 2005, at the Prestige VW dealership car show, Joe Tierno met Jack Kessel. It was there we discovered that they had both formed a VW car club that very same month. The following week they met again at "Punch Buggy," Atco's all-VW event, and decided to join forces.Since Jack was registered as an official car club with VW of America and already had a working website. they stuck with his name...SJVWC instead of "South Jersey Panzers", (which Joe thinks is a lot cooler). We met at Prestige VW until we outgrew it. Then we moved to Taylor's (now Racks), which was the third name change and ownership. During Covid, we were welcomed at the outdoor patio at Geets Diner and finally at the Lampost Diner where we had access to a large indoor room.  PICNIC DETAILS:PLACE: Washington Lake Park, Lot C- Same place as every other year.DATE: June 08 on a Sunday.TIME:  11:00-6:00 pm.MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW:

The club will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, buns, bottled water, plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.

Here's a list of what we need:

Tomorrow is the big day! It's our 20th birthday and picnic. Don't worry if there is a little drizzle; we'll be under a giant pavilion. There will be lots of grilling, great food and more. There will be another original challenge with prizes. The grand giveaway this year to celebrate our 20th year is a Gibson Maestra acoustic guitar. Just a reminder, it's at Washington Lake Park Lot C. The Best entrance is off Huffville Crosskeys Road. 11:00AM - 5:00 PM.
