Long a proponent of juicing up classic cars with modern powerplants and seeing what'll happen, he (and his team at Bader Racing) took a GT3-spec Porsche 3.6-liter mill from a 993-era 911 and slipped it into a Karmann Ghia. By "slipped" we of course mean "engineered to within an inch of its life." The result is a 186mph screamer that still pretty much looks like it has something like 60 horses under the hood. Thats one of the nicest I've ever seen! I'd love to get an hour or so in the drivers seat that must be a blast to do donuts in the thing!

It's pretty, but not worth the wait or the coin when this can be had for much less & right away. Trust me when I tell you that it REALLY hurts the Corvette / Camaro owners feelings when he gets beat by a toilet like this.  :icon_cheesygrin:

 The You-Tubie-thing-a-ma-gig isn't working? Looks like a bad link. Also checked out your website but didn't see any recent Video's, maybe I missed something. ? Hope your trip went well and also that you can get the video posted. We would really like to see that baby run. Welcome back.

Not sure what happened to the links here ......... it was working.

On my website, there are 2 pages with videos. The 1st is video only & all old videos. The 2nd is the Vintage Performance Street Car Challenge page that has all of the new videos from this past weekend on it.
