Well, to be honest Jay, I don't like your car, Love Bus should have won.

No one has to tell me that our club are winners, each and everyone and their VW's are. Where else can you find a better group, who can poke fun at each other and then the next minute you are right there to help one another out when in need.
I am sorry I have missed out on a lot of things this season and I missed seeing Louie.
From the pictures I saw, you all looked like you had a good time, even with all the kidding we gave Greg his VW was there and looked good.
Now as far as giving away free water, I'm sure we can beat that. How do you think others would feel seeing some of you "eating" a snow cone? WHAT a snow cone  shocked
Long story but I own a REAL snow cone machine, (Not a toy) runs on AC but can run on 12 volt. I still have my connections as to where to buy the  cups and juice wholesale. We used this for all the "kids" parties etc
A couple of big cooler boxes and some ice and you are all set to go. This and a some other things would fit right in the "dung" bus. I can even show you that you don't have to charge a dime and still make enough money to pay for the supplies plus.
No catch here the machine now belongs to the club.
But it is up to you guys if you want it.  ???

This will be a present from the whole Ward family

Buddy. That's a great idea I'm sure it would be a hit. On a Hot day it would surely keep the crowd  $61$ We can put Jack incharge of it then he'll be the "IceMan" plus it might help to keep him awake.

One last word, Eddie did win a 1st place in Dune Buggy,
talked with him today and he said they forgot to call the class so he
went up and reminded them that there were only 2 cars in the class.
Guess they were just forgetful !

That just goes to prove what many of us thought. If you go back and read the PunchBuggy Addvertisment there were approx 20 classes in AC cars with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each class. That would be about 60 cars that should have won something. "No Way in Hell" did they call out that many names. Gee's Poor Eddie had to go up and Beg for his just due. It's the Freaking Fracken "Society of Higher VDubs" Cheaters that they are! :icon_puke_l:  777  :wallbash:  .///  m-d2

HI FRANK HERE,
I ENJOYED THE SHOW, THE BEERS, THE GUYS COMING OVER TO MY CAR AND SPENDING  SOME TIME AT OUR LOCATION MAYBE ITS BECAUSE IM VP OR THEY JUSTS KNEW ALL THE CRAP I WENT THROUGH TO GET THE CAR THERE. THIS YEAR THEY HAD NO CONVERTIBLE CLASS, LAST YEAR  I GOT SECOND IN THAT CLASS AND FIRST WENT TO THE GUY WITH THE GIRL IN THE SHORTS, THIS YEAR WITHOUT THE VERT CLASS I GOT PLACED IN THE MODIFIED CLASS SOMETHING OR ONOTHER I WAS NOT SURE IT DID NOT MATTER I WAS GLAD I MADE IT , AND I GOT THIRD PLACE , THE GREEN SUPER GOT FIRST IT WAS A NICE CAR. AS FAR AS BUGARU I DONT SEE WHAT WAS MISSING, THE CAR IS GORGEOUS I DID NOT KNOW IT BELONGED TO JAY TILL AN HOUR OR SO AFTER I GOT THERE, THAT CAR THAT WON BEST OF SHOW IS A VERY NICE CAR AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED EITHER ONE DESERVED BEST OF BUT TO THINK HE WON OT BECAUSE OF HIS AFFILIAATION WITH THE CLUB DOING THE SHOW WELL THATS A DIFFERENT STORY. IN MY BOOK THAY ARE BOTH GREAT CARS BUT I WOULD RATHER DRIVE THE BUGARU, IT DEFINETLY LOOKS A LOT MORE COMFORTABLE TO DRIVE.

Wow.. Now I'm starting to get the picture and understand some of the events that took place at PunchBuggy. I had two different people ask me if my car was forsale. My answer was "No" to both of them, but one of the guys said are you sure????? I said no it's not forsale. He then pointed down the line of cars and said that guy will tak 45 for his car but I want your car, it's more modern, and updated etc. Would you take 45? I replied 45 what, he repiled 45k... I chuckeld at him as I was confussed what car he was speaking of that was 4Sale because I hadn't seen any signs on the few cars next to our Club Tent. I guess now I know why he may have won Best of again. Thanks Marc you helped me put the pices together and the forsale ad on the Samba confirmed it.

 Thanks again. Jay

If I can't register and pay the day of the show I won't be going to Dubs On The Boards. I'm not about to give up $25 beforehand with no rain date. If it rains your out $25.
