Nope. 18" holes 3'deep. They drop 6x6's in and cement 'em. Bolt 2x4 horizontals every 2 feet, even on the roof and cover it in tin.
Very fast construction. Very strong

The VWs you can sleep in are more gooder

I noticed the prices are better per sq foot than a reg garage , Yes? ???

Yes prices are much better and construction takes about 2-3 days.
I don't know how fast my car will go.
It's more important that I know how fast my car will stop.

You are welcome any time Dave. I'm just west of Egg Harbor City. About 2 miles north of the White Horse Pike. Weekends or after work is good for me.

Keep in mind Dave, the pole barn goes together with an impact gun & lags. It's skinned with tin installed with sheet metal screws. A garage at the very least is framed & sheathed with OSB or plywood & sided. The inside has stud walls that can be insulated & finished. The pole barn doesn't have interior studs, so it's an expense to finish it.
