Glass Action Club Discount..   :icon_cheers:

I spoke with Ralph at   http://www.glass-action.com  and asked him if he would offer our club members a discount? I explained to Ralph that we had a sizable VW club and many members were in the mist of winter projects etc. Ralph said that he would be happy to accommodate us with a discount, but couldn’t commit to any fixed amount as each item has price variances from his suppliers. But regardless he would honor our club and extend us a discounted price off of his list price if and where possible.

To obtain your club discount simply go to the Glass Action website http://www.glass-action.com pick out the items your interested in purchasing, call Ralph at Glass Action and discuss your orders with him and be sure to provide Ralph with the discount pass-code  “SJVWC”.. He may ask a few questions, to verify that you’re a member etc. Plus Ralph is offering free shipping on orders over $100.00 large items are exempt. See website for details.

One last thing please don’t waist the mans time if you have no intent on purchasing, as it’s not conducive to our club.

Enjoy. :icon_thumleft:  Jay   sjvwc.ico

Jay,

I'll have new membership cards with a member number at the January meeting. We can supply him with a list of members and numbers for identification purpose.

OK, that works... Thanks. But for those that want to order before they get their assigned numbered cards, I'm sure Ralph will still honor our clubs membership.    sjvwc.ico

By the way I asked him if he had any Bradley doors with functioning windows?  !fright!

Yea, Right! hope he stopped laughing by now!

Actually thats the worst part of the car and also why so many of them end up either not finished or on e-bay for $100.00. The windshield is 63 vette so thats no problem but the sides and back are all custom. Worst of all many end up with the roof cut off to make a "convertable" they look like crap and the windshield post usually crack since theres no support.

If Ralph was smart he'd come up with some kind of fiberglass door replacement plus a "flat glass" back window replacement. With the number of cars out there I'd think if priced right there is a market. Hopfully my car will hit the street next season if my ideas work out.
