Which way do the valve guides come out? From the chamber to the springs or the other way around.

Jack  --  Carmen and I removed the guides today and they all came out tight except one. Guides all meassured the same. The loose guide was shinny when removed and we had to put vise grip on it to run a tap because the guide was truning in the head. Looks like it may have been moving with the valve. Maybe the guide hole is now worn out? New standard guides coming this week from Bug Stuff.

You can buy oversize guides on the OD just for that. Don't put a Std. back in.
