I'm thinking it's fake, unless you are cold hearted enough to put a video up like that on youtube. I agree with John, it would have been all over the Samba.

The Story I saw on the Net is that the Wife  :icon_geek: was a Total Bee-ouch and that the Groom had her and the Bus highly insured and he jumped out  kickButt just before the crash.   !fright!
