Sunset Cruise to Stewarts in Tuckerton
« on: July 09, 2009, 10:38:07 pm »

It was a great cruise! Lots of folks attended:

A quick photo stop at the Mullica.

Stewarts in Tuckerton:

Great Food, Great conversation

This Gentleman heard there was an "S" load of VW's at the Stewarts, so he brought his cherry 52 split to share with us...  WA#

And what would a Sunset Cruise be without a Sunset:

Incident free, except for Jay locking 'em up a mile from the finish line, to let a flock of deer go across!  !fright!

Here's all of the pics

Absolutely a great cruise with a bunch of great friends. The cruises through the Pines are always a pleasure, the only draw back was Danny talking me ear off, example, Yep, Yep and more Yaps. You’ll see what I mean when I post my video.

Mr. Bugaru led us through the pines with great accuracy and precision dodging the wild animals and farm workers as we cress crossed the desolate back roads of the Pine Barrens.

I think we ended up with 12 cars on the cruise and 13 counting the guy with his 52 bug that heard  we were in town and came over to meet us. Thanks for a great night everyone!!

GREAT PICTURES GUYS  VW's, boats, the water and a good bunch of people,
what could one ask for except the SJVWC Trophy that is sitting on my living room table.
I made three phone calls to members to see if they could pick it up. But got no return
calls  @3# I guess it is my fault for not bringing it to the meeting on Monday night.  @7@
I miss these crusies this one looked like it was the best so far this season.  @@@   sjvwcrocks

Jay: Yes it has two side mirrors (now) and was the big hit at the Fire House Snow cone
sale on Wednesday night. The Caption of the company even had me park it on their
front lawn (not the side street) All the members looked after it like it was their baby
and kept the kids from touching it. When I told them I might have to leave if Joan
needed me they said we will take you home in our rescue truck (5 minutes away)  LAUGH@

Just lock the ghia up and leave it with us, Joan didn't even call me on my cell.
When I got home she was so happy I could go with the ghia. I down loaded ALL the
pictures I took and she got a big kick out of them.
