Hey all,
I got tired of working on the Bradley after the last 3 weekends so I thought a nice car show might break the boredom. Today Eddie Irizzary, Bob mallard & myself headed up 95 to NE Philly to the 2nd annual American Heritage Credit Union car show. It turned out to be a really great show with some surprises. Heres some photos..
3 great looking dubs....
Eddies Dunebuggy looking great as always..
We met up with a new member named Will. He recently signed on to the website and tells me there isn't a VW club in or near the city of Philadelphia. I told him he was welcome to join us and I hope he can come out to our meetings and events. Notice the shirt and the super in Herbie clothing! This guy has the right idea and one of the nicest Herbie repros I've ever seen!
Heres a couple of more shots of Wills herbie...
Heres another Dub..we've seen this one before but still looking great..
All total it was a really good show with about 125 cars spread out on a large tree lined area. Besides these shots I took another 40 or so photos of some interesting rods, customs, imports and even a couple of "rat rods". There was even a very good replica of "The Munsters"coach / street rod.
If you want to take a look heres a link to my photo bucket album...enjoy!
