took a short ride to get coffee then back home, 5 car pile up on rt 30 in town at the wawa, wow what a mess, no serious injuries but lots of damage, 2 cars I would say are totaled, the other 2 ???, thank goodness the speed limit is 35 mph and most people obey except for shoooooooooebies and drunks.
sorry Greg and Shawn, no Cabrio(let)s  ? were involved.

Cleaned up the front beam for Nigel today. Getting ready to paint it tomorrow. I hope the winds lets up! Almost ready to bolt the body on the pan.

Thanks!!  I'm still really excited... lol    Does it wear off?? Or once you've been bitten by the Bug ( ha ha ha)  it stays with you?

What did I do to my VW today....  I got it titled, registered and tagged.  Went to Manahawkin and even with an inexperienced, yet very pleasant, representative behind the counter,  I was in and out in 20 mins.  WOO HOO!!!    **^bana0 :jump4jo":

Got the tags on,  fixed a rubber gasket that goes on one of the pegs behind the back seat and put it on,  and found out that the rear seat belts don't like to unhook..... when you're in them... good thing I'm a contortionist and crawled out ...     &^rofl    ^soh^

Nothin, but I  thought about it. Went to an October fest, then a wine fest(what a rip off), and went to dinner. Maybe, check the oil tomorrow and take a drive, before going to another October fest.  &^beer&  Is October over yet?

Yes, Karen, next week is October fest in Atlantic City. It's a big one with traditional dance and bands. Hope I will last till then. Next year I may be driving to a few fests  in the beetle.
