OK, welcome back from Denver...........

Doing a little trimming on the top for The Strap, now I have to buy some snaps to be able to fasten the canvas to the back of the car.
I don't have to go to work in the morning....

I did an hour long episode of The Food Network Challenge. Basically 4 chefs competing for $10,000. The episode involved sculpted cakes and the theme of our episode was (talk about irony) "monster bugs". No not the car, the insect.
Hardest day I have ever worked in a professional kitchen. One of my competitors has been on the show 11 times, the other- 7. They started taping at 5:30 am and finished at 8:30pm. No breaks (including bathroom), no food, no sitting.

I had the time of my life and would do it again in a heartbeat.

No, I cant tell you the outcome.

it will be broadcast in January.
