Got tied of not be able to find reverse & sloppy long throws. Of course it did not help that the front bushing was long gone. #@rofl3

Evil Tunes has EMPI shifters in his Buggy & Bus & likes them. I tried the one on his bus & it was nice. So I decided to take a chance on one.

Replaced the bushing cleaned & lubed every thing up & installed and the EMPI Bus shifter. Then went for a 10 miles test run. WOW, what a difference.

Reverse is available on demand along with smooth, short, positive gear
selection. I love my Bus

Fixed exhaust leak on Chester and Me and Michelle drove him about 30+ miles to test and sounds drives better than ever. Granny Grose hear we come!

Went to the MS Walk today for a good cause, then headed to the Blown Euros GTG in Langhorne, Pa. Glad to announce that over 500 Punch Buggy/VDub Waterama flyers was handed out to all the entries of the event! :jump4jo":

went for a cruise today up to Princeton. Met up with a VW packrat. Finally got to see his stash of parts. I counted at least 7 early bus roof racks!
