Let's see... I got out there early and put a battery in the Champagne Edition then Marc came over early & we got it to start! Then we finished installing the new hard lines in my (soon to be Steph's) Cabriolet.
Then we installed a new wheel cylinder, a new soft brake line, new brake shoes, tightened up the belts, installed a new battery and got
it running, albeit somewhat roughly.
In addition to that... Our (SJVWC's that is) new friend Eddie (72 Super) came over to get some seats so we went over to where I'm storing the Super Beetle and pulled the tarps off of it for the first time since I brought it home...
It's going to need a little more work than I remember...

Anyway Eddie got the seats he needed and he was so happy, he promised to join the club and make a donation at the next meeting!
BTW anybody got a set of Scat or 914 seats they want to get rid of ??? ( I need them for Marc whistleegi )
It was a 12 hour day but we got a TON of stuff done including bringing life to a VW that's sat for 12 years! :jump4jo":
