I'm considering selling the short bus project. I need space/time/money for the wartburg and there's no point in hoarding cars, I'm really trying to break the habit. I'd really like to have done this one but reality is the Wartburg is going to consume the next 2 years of my life and there's no point in letting this sit.

Sooo, whaddya get.

A 1963 VW microbus with 4ft cut out of the center and welded back together.

Body is stripped and ready for welding, and it does need some welding.

All the glass, seats, etc come with it.

Comes with a mostly complete 1600 dual port motor. (needs carb and distributer)
Its a project, but its got potential.

$500
act fast before I go into hoarding mode again

If interested with a full price offer I'll toss in an adapter plate and flywheel for a toyota 3TC engine.

Looks like a neat project.
Do you have a title to go with it??

I do have the title for it.

If I do get this.
Can you keep this for a couple of weeks , so I can make arrangements to trailer it.
It would be paid for and only needing to be picked-up.
Thanks
Dennis

Right now I have a buyer coming for it tomorrow but if something falls through I can hold it while you make arrangements.

You buy your own bus, and do what you want to your bus. I'll do what I want to so with mine. Pissing off purists one modification at at time.
