It's hard after sleeping in the bus to go back to a tent.  Not sure I'll be doing a freezing cold campout, especially without the bus.  I'm not opposed to a cold evening around a fire  f-e though.. it could be your place or our's.  Let us know when you' re thinking...

Mark- I think Matt has a good idea, wait until its a little warmer if you're not sure how keen you'll be to the overnight adventure.

Say hello to MY little friend

 Funny,

I was just looking at that heater and its brothers today...trying to decide which one to get. I like those cause they are smaller than MR heater, but do like the Mr Heater turn off if [O2] drops or it gets tipped over. found one MR heater for $70.00 on craigslist, I may offer him $50 for it......

If he goes 50 that's cool but I think I got mine for 79 if he doesn't bend toss out nine for a new one.  I'm trying to see if I can split off my line to my stove so I don't have to change tanks in the middle of the night

Yea, 50 would be good, but another thing I was thinking was what Pat da Welder used in his tent.

I think he had a coleman heater that burned coleman fuel

something like http://cgi.ebay.com/COLEMAN-Catalytic-Heater-3000-5000-BTUs_W0QQitemZ230388658186QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item35a43bf00a

Not that exactly I think that is too hot, but something like it - or I may be wrong altogether.  These things would last all night for sure.

This will last all night, http://cgi.ebay.com/Coleman-SportCat-Perfectemp-Catalytic-Propane-Heater_W0QQitemZ110430092446QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item19b6257c9e    though the heat output is lower....funny how that always works out..

but may be enough.

& they sell much cheaper than this one listed

yea, the heat is angled upward, but be easy to make a deflector............
