I would be interested in that tranny :)
Keep in mind the 914 is a mid engine car. I've talked to a few folks on what it would take to convert it for rear engine use (5 speed in the Wartburg was my goal) and it would be cheaper to start with a 911 trans than try to convert a 914 trans. But of course if you have a mid engine project in mind then it might be just right.
Car is about 4 hours away and needs to be picked up soon. Im not going to be able to do it so I'm tossing the idea out here before I turn it loose on the rest of my crazy car folks.
