wide 5 chrome wheels
« on: August 02, 2010, 11:23:09 am »

set of 4 wide 5 chrome wheels- like new always waxed- no rust  $125 for the 4
(I priced them on CIP this morning- their summer sale price is $70 each plus shipping)

I also have the hub caps to go with them- they have the wolfsburg crest in the center ( I didnt want to advertise for empi) $40 for the set

I can have them with me at the meeting tonight or just drop me a line here and we'll make arrangements

BTW- They'll fit any dub

I took them off the type 3 because the back spacing on the stock type3 wheel is deeper. They were working fine when I had them on the squareback but because the car is lowered 2 clicks in the front, I got some rubbing on sharp turns.

I'm most certain they will work on a bus as well

John,
Are these stock width and back spacing? They would look nice on my '56 Oval! I have a stock front axle and a wide '68 rear trans.
Thanks,
Bob
