Turned out to be a nice cruise with a stop at Action Auto on the way where we all got new Empi catalogs and I picked up a speedo cable I had ordered and got a new muffler for the bus.

The people at the Air Museum do a great job and would be worth a day trip for anyone to see and maybe have lunch at the resturant on the grounds.

Sorry I had to leave early as I had to be at w--- by 1PM. On the way to the cemetery I broke down just before getting into down town Millville, the pin in the fuel pump came out again. I pulled the Dist. and Pump and was on my way in less then 15 min and got to the cemetery just as the funeral was ending and in time to collect the money.

I think we should do a cruise to Action Auto again sometime then lunch after, it's always good looking around a parts store.
I don't have to go to work in the morning....

Sorry no pictures. Both Jack and I forgot to bring camera's.

This was my first time visit to the Millville Air Museum. Wow! It's a time capsol. there are 25 original buildings dating back to World
War two. 14 airman were killed during practice there- so there  is a memorial service to them every year. The place is on the states Historical sites and is on the agenda to be recognized as a national historic monument.

The Museum itself contains several rooms just loaded with every kind of  combat and military paraphernalia. As I was about to leave I found another room with a complete radial engine. It looked like some one had stuck twenty Ducati single cylinder motorcycle engines in a circle.

A lot of the articles brought back memories. These were the items brought back by the returning GI's After the war was over. Some of the items I had bought at Army surplus stores for pennies.

The food was good also. Chicken pot pie.- No charge.

Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I'm up for that. I know a lot of people bad mouth EMPI but the catalog is way cool with a ton of stuff I never knew existed. Plus I never knew that their was a local place that I could order through. Also a lot stuff  in the catalog with known brand names other that EMPI. Hey I learned something today, thats always good.

Here's an intersting plaque- Jack notes #1 as interesting requirement

And, here's a bike from 1940's that "somebody" may have ridden

Thanks for the pictures. The Regulation to operate an aircraft are funny - I missed that one. However if you read everything in that museum you would be there for days.

Looks like it was a great cruise. Wish I could have been there.
I don't know how fast my car will go.
It's more important that I know how fast my car will stop.

Sorry I missed it too. Trying to get things in order around here. A cruise there sounds like a good second chance...
The VWs you can sleep in are more gooder
