It's not that I regret not doing some things I just regret I'm not well off enough to do them.
I know that feeling. This was an old union annuity that they stopped paying interest on.
It was just enough to get the structure & the slab done.
My used air conditioner from Pat works well in the hottest weather. Due to good insulation.
I'm going to try a big attic fan & misters first before I go AC. Wife'll kill me
Larger garage was out of the question due to money and it would not look good on the property.
24x32 seemed perfect. The 12' height was an accident. I'm getting used to it. I'm sure I'll be glad about it later
I put plastic in the attic the lengths of the building to keep the soffet's from getting clogged with the blown in insulation. You would have to see it to understand it.
I'll have to see the plastic thingies...I am blowing in insulation
You can't have to many elect. outlets or lights with switched zones.
I like the "Switched Zones" tip... Thanks 2@@cool
Plan where your air compressor is going and hard pipe it along one wall with 2-3 outlets and a drain.
Pete just finished running Black Pipe for his new garage...
I run PVC in the basement (Oh chit... Gotta get that 60 gal compressor out of the basement! ?/banghea?/ )
PVC vs Black Pipe? Any thoughts? PVC has been fine in the basement.
As for the lightning protection...Without a doubt. Especially with the tower sitting right there.
That tower has 4 ground rods & the building will too!
Thanks Jack! Your Switched Zones" is in the lead for the "GOOD TIP" Prize
Oh... I'll be staining the floor
