Help save space on web site

Help save space on web site by cleaning out your Inbox and Outbox.

Click on "My Messages" on the left you will see theses commands listed below, Click on "Prune Messages" and in the box enter the number of days you want to keep for reference. I keep 90 days. If you never did this every message you ever sent or received is stored on our server taking up space.

 You may also want to think about making some new Labels to save some of your messages in.

Make a new label like "Important Club Stuff" "Personal" ETC. then you can save messages to theses boxes and not have everything in one inbox.
