Yep, the MugBug made it home. Once I found the secret of not using brakes and using the handbrake to stop and downshifting and staying away from activating the master cylinder, we were good. The brake pedal didnt even move forward a bit after about 20 miles, and I could cook a Western Omelette on the hubcaps they were so hot... It was like I was towing Sophia... :)
Searching the Samba now for answers...

Jack, please tell JoAnn I normally STOP for stop signs...

Great time today folks!!! Great cruisin, commardarie, and grub!

No, I had PLENTY of brakes, they were stuck ON fully engaged for most of the cruise. Brake lights on...  All four wheels locked.. I think its a master cylinder problem, maybe the pushrod adjustment, since there seems to be a lot of pressure in the system, I dont WAIT A MINUTE,

KV DROVE Sophia today???????????? KV DROVE Sophia today????????????

Nice video Jack!  We had a great time with the club today!! At least Chester only needed one push start (with all those scenic stops & lunch, it could have been an additional 3, if he didn't decide to behave!) And sorry to all my pushers, the key was off when I first tried to pop the clutch... thanks Jack for the suggestion to turn it on... always a good idea!  doh.gif

Thanks for putting it together Jack!  Good times!!  [email protected]@cool

Yes rich, either brakes hose or the push rod. If your saying all four wheels was hot the pushrod is is a good starting point.

Nothing like some good  Flamingo Poop imported from FL. they are known for their poop in FL.

Now I got to rush down tro kv's blog to see what happened today,
