Looks empty, wonder if it comes with the diaphram? Thats the part that goes bad.

I have one NOS that I got in a deal, with my bumpers, I wonder if it would still be good, just thinking the diaphram might have rotted away.. Ill have to look at it. I know the guy who i got my stuff from had at least one other one NOS as well should someone need one, Ill have to dig up his name and number. He inherited two tractor trailerloads of VW parts somehow.
