68 auto stick....What to do with it?!?!?!?!

I recently picked up a 68 auto stick with a 1500cc engine. The car has been sitting since 1998 (according to the inspection sticker).
I removed the interior carpet and found the parcel tray is gone and there is a small hole behind the drivers seat in the floor pan.
the car overall has minimal rust and it rolls freely.

I was able to find a replacement frame head for my 72 super so I'm going to complete that project.
I originally got the car to replace the super since the super looked like it was going to coast WAY more than I had to put into it.
But now my budget is on track to complete it.

I priced out a tray and they are about $199 and I have a floor pan I can patch the floor with.
So I figure for the cost of the tray, 4 tires, maybe brakes and a tune up she could be road worthy.

So heres the question. What the hell do I do with it?!  ^soh^
BTW I already popped the roof and hood dents.

if your going to part it out, Ill buy the engine for a spare, but I would keep it if I were you.

Ill work on getting the parcel cut out this week from the parts car. If you want to convert it to manual, I have the extra parts to do it and they are all yours.
