Ok, it's official... Yucel and I are going with Tyler, Rose, Greg & Matt. We have room for 2 more adults (a bus or tent) since we are getting two sites. Tubing Sat, beach Sun... should be lots of fun!!

So Yucel's worried about his belly and wondering what we are going to eat.  We need 3 dinners, 2 or 3 lunches (are you going to be there by lunchtime Fri?... they do have a pool and its supposed to be 88' and sunny), and 2 or 3 breakfast (depending if you want to cook or eat at a diner Labor Day).

We we thinking keeping lunch pretty simple - PB&J or cold cuts so we can take sandwiches on the river or to the beach.

We bought hot dogs and hamburgers for a BBQ we never had... so we can bring 14 hot dogs and 6 Bubba burgers. We'll bring a dozen eggs, some Southern Hash brown potatoes, pancake mix,and syrup (thanks Joe T!).

I was also thinking I have those cast-iron sandwich makers for the fire... want to make some kind of hot sandwich for dinner some night?  Or fire roasted pizza or those fruit-pie filled desserts?

We have some pies at the house from some church pie cooking thing the pastor gave us. I will grab some food closer to this weekend. I think we will be shooting for like 2pm I'm working a double thurs night and have a docs appointment Friday morning at ten but after that we should be heading down.

Also, since we won't have Wayne dropping off a truck load of wood... we'll all need to bring wood for this. Especially since we'll be there 3 nights. We'll bring the usual... whatever fits up top (probably enough for 1 night).

Greg- we have the extra bike that we brought for Jack last time... we can bring that for Matt.  Let us know tomorrow if he doesn't get his fixed and you need us to bring it.

What are you guys bringing foodwise? Thinking about frying chicken strips, fries, mozz sticks. Cereal for breakfast and lunch meat for lunches. Don't really feel like cooking crazy this trip.
