CLUB PICNIC June 15, 2013

The Pic-a-Nick will be 6/15/13. At Also the Club's birthday........

Always a GREAT time, and Large turnout, you don't want to miss this one, save the date now. LINK


Please post on this thread what item(s) you would like to bring.  Feel free to be adventurous and bring something that's not on this list,  but let us know what you're bringing.  The Club will provide hotdogs, burgers and buns.


plates cups and bowls Jack/club
plastic ware (forks, knives, spoons) & napkins Jack/club
serving plastic ware (large spoons/forks) Jack/club
Charcoal   Glen
grilling utensils Glen
table clothes (for 6-10 picnic tables) Mrs Baha
soda
juice and iced-tea
water
ice and coolers
ketchup / mustard / mayonnaise (& Relish) Baha
potato chips / pretzels /snacks
potato salad
pasta salad  Michelle
baked beans  Jack
fruit salad
any other side dish you'd like to make
any other main dish
crock pots welcome
DESSERTS!! (Club will provide a cake)

   Just remember to bring your binoculars Yucell,  that's the only way you'll be able to find your ball....





       As for food,   I bring the usual squeakers on a stick...

Not sure if I can go. My arm may still be in a sling after surgery.  And no,  that doesn't mean I'll  come and play croquet so you all have the upper hand..  or arm, as it were (  dog@@ )

Still need a volunteer for charcoal... can't have mouse kabobs without it!! 

Please post what you plan to bring so we don't end up with tons of meat and no drinks...

Also, we need to get a count of who all is coming so Joe can plan our game accordingly. Thanks!
