Correct. You aren't allowed to drive your QQ car for fun. This bill fixes that

Going to car shows, meets and get togethers always constituted exhibition and education (of the public about these cars) but technically we were in trouble if we took it to the mechanic.

So what are we supposed to do about it?
Write a letter stating you support this bill and send it to all of your representatives on the list.

In this case, silence is not golden. We pay their salaries.
