Can you put the club logo too?  Above or below it would be nice, that way those that don't have smart phones can still see our club name.

Defeats the purpose. QR codes play on natural curiosity. If we put the  club logo on it then there's no mystery and people won't be enticed. Non smart phone users don't.know what they are so we don't lose anybody

This doesn't replace those lovely logo stickers.... Just another way to promote the club

The square contains digital information. When you "scan" it with the camera in a smart phone, it automatically opens www.sjvwc.net on the persons smart phone.

Thats the psychological aspect of them. It preys on peoples natural curiosity. If you have the technology to translate it in your pocket its very difficult to pass one without taking a peek.

Regarding the other point about putting other info on the sticker... If you put sjvwc.net on the sticker with it, it kills the curiosity. Theres no point in scanning it unless I want info on SJVWC. We want the people who wouldn't bother to read about SJVWC to be transported to our web page, and maybe a few people will stay, read more and maybe join our group.

Another benefit is Web Traffic. If we all had these on the back window (Large enough to be seen from 6 feet away) The number of hits on the website would increase dramatically. hits=value. Sponsors will pay the club to advertise on a very active website
