Last post by BugLuv (EdnLu) - June 07, 2026, 06:21:15 PMThe parking area/pavilion are located behind the Harrison Twp Municipal Bldg. The building is located at 114 Bridgeton Pike in Mullica Hill. The pavilion can also be accessed from Commissioner's Rd.
Below is a list of what we need so if you are coming comment in the post what you're bringing and how many mouths
The club will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, buns, bottled water, plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.
Here's a list of what we need:
Serving plasticware (large spoons/forks)-
Grilling utensils- Norm
Charcoal- Norm
Table cloths (for 6-10 picnic tables) remember TAPE!
Soda (cans will be easier)-
Juice and iced-tea -
Ice and coolers -
Ketchup / mustard / mayonnaise- Mike H.
Potato chips / pretzels /snacks-
Potato salad- Dan Cozi
Macaroni salad-
Cole slaw-
Baked beans- Sharon
Fruit salad-
4 bean salad-
Any other side or main dish you'd like to make:
Jalapeno Cheese Rice – Lu
Deviled Eggs- Joe T
DESSERTS!! Pies, cookies, cakes, etc.
Dan Cozi – donuts
Rice Pudding- Joe T.
Ralph/Gigi- Kentucky Butter Cake
Drew- Upside-down cake
Birthday Cake- Anthony M
Please post what you'll bring so we get a nice variety and don't end up with 3 of the same thing.

Tomorrow is the big day! It's our 20th birthday and picnic. Don't worry if there is a little drizzle; we'll be under a giant pavilion. There will be lots of grilling, great food and more. There will be another original challenge with prizes. The grand giveaway this year to celebrate our 20th year is a Gibson Maestra acoustic guitar. Just a reminder, it's at Washington Lake Park Lot C. The Best entrance is off Huffville Crosskeys Road. 11:00AM - 5:00 PM.
