My To Do List Is Getting Longer

Got the to do list down from 50 items to 42 last week. Now the list is growing. On my way home from inspection on Mon the speedometer crapped out. Then the emergency brake locked up in the driveway on Tues. Fixed the emergency brake. The Bentley manual came in handy. Who knows what I will find to fix today. Now I know where the phrases, fixer upper and a work in progress came from.
I don't know how fast my car will go.
It's more important that I know how fast my car will stop.

Jim, thats one of the joys of owning 40-50yr old cars.  (love ya got to love um to do it.
I don't have to go to work in the morning....

You are so right Jack, and it gives us retirees something else to do.
I don't know how fast my car will go.
It's more important that I know how fast my car will stop.

Jack dad doesn't take naps... he just takes a break from working on the car to mow the lawn.
Just wait till mom retires dad, you will have no time to do anything!

Just scratched off 11 items on that to do list. Now about that nap. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yep, you got a good idea there Pat. Maybe get another VW or two, Ghia and Bus.
