Guys I know Andy, he lives around the corner from me
I just talked to him on the phone, we met about 4 yrs. ago at our yard sale. I know he has a 1777 long block complete, plus boxes of carbs, delardos  etc (forgive the bad spelling)
A dune buggy complete also. From what I remember he DOESN'T have "CHIT" all the best you or he could buy and from what he said he just wants to get rid of it.
I've got first dibs on the engine  BO** I asked him if members of the club could come and take a look, he said "bring them all" He has been to Atco & Englishtown and heard of our club. As he said "I got parts etc. coming out of my butt" I will call him back on
Thursday and let him know how many can make it on Saturday. Before he got out of the VW's he had a black conv. bug that was real sweet. If any of you want to go around 10am on Sat. let me know so I can tell Andy (Jack this isn't like the stuff we looked at before) So please let me know if you would like to go.
I'll send a Google map.

I might like to come along and see whats there Bud, meet at your place around 10ish?  Cant stay too long, gotta work Saturday afternoon but it sounds worth checking out and I haven't had a chance to say Hi in awhile.

I'll try to make it there unless something comes up with work that they need me early.

Joe and everyone else, it is still on as of today, Bob M. "might" show up to help me check things and mentioned "Joe can always find a diamond in the rough"
The long block is a 1776 not a 1777.  He (Andy) will need to hear from me by Thursday so he makes sure he can get everything out for us to see. He also has a complete auto stick trans and rear. I might be wrong if he said dune buggie or baja?
Anybody need directions GOOGLE  114 Azala Dr. NJ 08096 or come to my house and we'll go from here.

I didn't see any bus parts when I went over today and saw Andy
But he has LOTS of VW parts and motors.
As we were talking he said other VW guys saw the ad. But he is going to give us first looks. From what I saw all I can say is WOW.
Make me an offer is his line.
