You buy your own bus, and do what you want to your bus. I'll do what I want to so with mine. Pissing off purists one modification at at time.

It's way closer than Flanders! A tow truck would cost you $250-$300. Still a great deal. Definately worth it.

Or rent a dolly for $100 drive all-the way up there & tow it back and save  $100 over the tow price... Not worth it
The VWs you can sleep in are more gooder

one of my back up plans is "road side emergency "
I think I belong to allstate, and they don't ask if it is your car, they just go by your card, and I have up to 200 miles free towing. so the plan was
1-buy the bus,
2-push said bus on to street.
3-call for said towtruck.
it seems too good to be true.....I will let you know if I try it ;D

well when I bought my bus I drove it down and it died 5 miles from home.
I called for a truck and they just asked me where to take it.
(make sure they get a flatbed truck, ask me why)

Yup. They have and they will. It does help however to throw a plate on the bus as to not be suspicious.

No I was only thinking of a Bus so I could join the camp crowd  #campfire@ But instead I am looking into a towable Motorcycle Pop Up Camper. They only weigh 200 lbs. and they set up in like 10 seconds. Looks way better to me than a regular tent. Nice flat surface to sleep on that's off the ground  &&&&
