Slow Rider Slam!!

Slow Rider Slam is now my 2nd favorite car show!! It was a great cruise followed by a great campout with friendly neighbors who weren't too NOSEy, car show was meh same as any other car show at least this on had stuff to do besides look at the same cars 12 times! Valve Cover Races, Tire Toss, and Hot Wheels Races for the kids.

WOW! another great trip by the South Jersey VW Club Campers Society :icon_cheesygrin:  #campfire@...... What a great time we had and it seems to get better every time we go out.

We had great food, drink, wine, women and song, well maybe not women :-X well ya, we had 2 women with us, Michelle and Katie and Katie set a new record for putting her tent down and packed. P#3 way to go Katie!!

Well, my parents just picked up a 27 foot motorhome, I'd consider towing my bug with it for any camping trips...  Fridge, shower, bathroom, TV, a real bed (love  My kind of camping!

It looks like you guys had a great time!! Now that I picked up the part for my bug at englishtown this past sunday, I should be back on the road soon...

Ramone crashed and burned and was out in round one.
Tyler and Michelle win their first race and move on to round two and get eliminated by the winner.

This was so much fun!  If you've ever been bored at a show in a parking lot, go to this show next year... tons of fun stuff to do - valve cover racing, tire toss, kid's hot wheel racing, sumo wrestling, moon bounce, pit beef/pork/turkey, a Bug converted into a Bar-B-Que grill and a huge bonfire... all in a nice grassy field   BO**

Jack & I were sure to tell Jim (our host) what a great show and we're hoping to get more SJVWC members there next year!!  sjvwc.ico

What Jack didn't tell you about the below... Bambam won for the "Beater" class... ha ha   LAUGH@

Their Best of... Awards were unique and super cool... we gotta remember that for Punchbuggy!

That Matt, he was just a little :icon_twisted: on this trip, giving me the horns and whats worst, I went to start my bus Sunday morning and it would not start, the :icon_twisted: was at it again after I went to bed Sat. night.  .///  Goes to show how good my ear plugs work.

I know it wasn't just Matt, a few dubious Cads had to be in on it also. So as I'm running my battery down Matt just happens to open my engine door and then he says  !5! try it now, then it starts. The things you have to put up with on theses camping trips. @7@
