For those who are not familiar with my home town, the main drag is High Street or "Hi-Street" as we Millbillies say. The show, 20th this year, is on High Street between Broad and Main (Rt 49). This area covers 6 blocks. The cars in the show are lined up diagonally on both sides of High. Also each side street, north and south of High, is used to line cars. The types of cars range from Muscle Cars to Street Rods to various foreign cars to rare classics and antiques.  It would be nice to see the club represented. If members are interested, I Can organize a meeting place and time. Any one interested? Remember this is the same day as the Delsea Drive Cruise!
Cheers,
Bob

We could meet at Scotland Run Park and go from there anyone that lives down that way could join us just before we get to the Drive In

If I wasn't going to be away on that day I would do the Milliville show and the Drive Inn. I only heard good things about the show and always wanted to attend.

It's nice to see the town come back.

Bob(Herbie)

Yes Joe, The car show gets bigger each year. Downtown Millville has come back a long way. We have many shops, various types of eateries and nice night spots for the younger crowd which include live music. The shops vary from many specialized gift type to general sales to artisan hand made items. The downtown shopping area was not a nice place 15 years ago, but now it is great, especially on 3rd Fridays. That is when all the shops are open, street venders set up, live music and special entertainment takes place at the Plaza. We even have a shuttle Tram/Bus to take people around to various spots! 3rd Fridays are usually packed with people up and down High Street. I think the Race Track has helped the local businesses, especially hotels and eateries. More hotels are being built. We even have a very nice Shopping Mall now, Cumberland Crossings!

Oh crap for a minute there at the meeting  I thought I was back in  in Viet Nam, following  orders of where I can go, what I can do.  Well I just realized that I am Stateside now  and can do what ever I wish. So I think I will just be going to the show and will certainly not be going to the  drive in.
