I've done that. Not hard. I posted everything with pic's but may have been lost when the sight crashed. Will check to see if I still have pic's on my PC some where

I was dreading this job but it was no where near as bad as I thought it would be.

Remove muffler
Remove fan
Remove 3 pieces of cooling tin
Remove oil filler tube
Remove coil
Remove front half of fan shroud
Disconnect cable from thermostat
Remove bottom alternator bolt
Now your down to 4 bolts that hold the back half of fan shroud
Remove these & tilt shroud towards right being while be mindful of harness to alternator
Remove 3 nuts holding oil cooler, remove cooler
Replace oil cooler seals, install & bolt down new oil cooler
Reverse procedure to put back together & your done. Takes up the good part of an afternoon to do.

Well you don't know where it came from, itcould be the oil filter, or the oil pressure gauge. ( yes I am just trying to make you feel better)

Asking the stupid question here.....

Was it just oil? When my fuel pump diaphragm on the "Blue Mule" went it filled the crankcase full of gas & it leaked from everywhere

Still think it's chocolate syrup... are you sure it's oil? Maybe I'm just hungry.
