Went back to the garage around 4pm (after my nap) and got the rear speaker wires run, now I'm going back out to run the front wires and maybe the Subwoffer wires.

Finished adjusting the brakes, took the 67 bug for a test
drive.  Much better, no lock-up on the right rear, smooth
stop, no hands  clap2-* clap2-* clap2-* 

Cruise Night Thursday here in Yuma !!!  Wash and vacuum out
the Bug tomorrow.  Weather Man says should be 82 and clear
on Thursday, with no wind  **^bana0 **^bana0 **^bana0

got all the radio wires run tonight and tomorrow I'll hook them up to the power and speakers.

Just got done hooking the wires to the radio and it works <?bananacolors.gif* Ordered a pair of 5 1/2" Kennwood 3 ways for the doors today.

Have to go see Shawn and go over the Sub Woofer hook up again. Now I'm going to go read the book so I can tune it, I need more BASE!!!!

When I went to stock exhaust so I could have heat the filter/pump no longer fit. So I went with this new thin line sump. Has a bigger filter than the stock screen & adds 1 1/2 quarts of extra oil. That's 50% more oil which will be way beneficial in many ways.



Went to all the trouble to put in a sound system only to realize that it was not powerful enough. So I added a 350 watt amp.

Don't know when or if I'm gonna do the camping thing again. But if I do I want a bigger more comfortable bed. Jay scored a Vanagon bed & cabinet for me. After some trimming with a saber saw &  figuring out how to mount, it fit like it was made for the Sultans Den. Will re-upholster the cushions & top it off wit a 5" thick tri fold memory foam mattress.
