Went out to the garage this morning, turned on the swamp-cooler. 
Temp was 95 inside the garage at 5:30 am, went back into the
and had another cup of coffee, waited 20 min and back out to
the garage, temp was now 85.  Climbed up the tall ladder ( 10 foot
ceiling ) through the hole into the attic of the garage.  Proceeded
to replace the vent fan in the gable vent.  Set the fan to turn on
at 100 and it WORKS !!!!   **^bana0 

Came back into the house ringing wet ....... Time for a shower  :jump4jo":

Sounds like me Yuma, been working up in the garage attic running new electric lines so I dont have to xtension cord all over the place in the garage anymore. After 18 years, just tired of it. Will have 2 in the ceiling, and 2 in the wall, will also provide 220 outlet  for whatever... just in case.  Come down and couldn't be wetter if I went swimming!

I got really lucky Matt   clap2-*

The PO was planning to run a vinyl sign shop out of the garage.  
So there are two outlets on each wall and two 220 outlets,
one on the front wall outside next to the big door and one inside
on the back wall, also there are 10 120v outlets for lights (three zones) in the
ceiling.  Each zone has it's own breaker in the garage breaker
box.  There are two 100amp 220v lines from the main, one to the
house and one to the garage.  As Tim Taylor would say  "More power"   2@@cool  

My wife tells me that old retired guys should not be climbing tall ladders into
the garage ceiling  %$oldcit  but i do it anyway  *snoopy)

Attended  USA Auto Supplies Car Show in North Philly.. Lots of imports and 1 VW(me).. left early, i wasnt trying to compete but as i was leaving the judges told me to stay bcause i had a trophy coming my way, i had already made up my mind to head on home.... handed out about 20 flyers for Punch Buggy!!!!
