I was talking to some guys at the MSHS Car Show about this event. They said that maybe V-Dubs would be allowed this year. One guy said he remembered racing me from light to light in a '73 Beetle. I beat him with my '63 Rag Top,naturally? I'm not sure how to find out about V-Dubs. Maybe we can make some calls. I know they want to keep "Tuners" out!

Ok, Well I just got off the phone with Ben Nataro from Vineland. He is one of the guys on the Wednesday night car show on 92.1 He and Marve Askin are the contact people. He said the club is welcome to attend this event. If any club member wants to attend, we have to meet behind Sears Rt 47 in the big parking lot by the Movie Theater by 3 PM. This is the west end staging area. From there we will go to our parking area together. We will be parked with the Rat Rods. I think The Stap will look good there! I would like to attend this year. This is the first time V-Dubs are allowed. So come on club members if you can make it, by all means let's have a good showing and a great time. Ben told me there will be Live Bands playing a Girl Group singing and American Graffiti playing at the Landis Theater. This is the first time they are allowing any Foreign cars in this show and it's our club only..........

I know it's short notice but we should really try to make a showing. So far it's only Bob and I.

It usually ends very late. Last year it was nearly 11pm..

  As I recall  it can end whenever you want. You park on the avenue and can just exit. Some 6-volt classics cars leave earlier. In past years, after the parked car show, you got to crusie the avenue -just rods and customs.
