I got a great deal on some beautiful wheels and tires from a pt cruiser. Now all I have to do is figure out how to put them on my 70 baja bug. Any directions?? I been looking for adapters but no luck sofar, btw they are 16" tires. Any 4x130 16" wheels out there? thanx Mike

You can buy blank drums and have a machine shop drill them for the pattern you

If your lucky, you may, depending on where the bolt holes fall, use you present drums.

Well; I searched the web and came up with a product from "adapter Kings" that allows the requested change- I put them on today and they work GREAT.BTW - they were $80 each wheel so it was a good thing that I got the wheels and tires so cheap; it was also good that I baja'd the rear wheel wells. &^beer&

Sure! As I said I am NOT the ultimate car guy and the more I do on this project the more I prove it to myself. ferinstance; I just took off the rear drums and discovered that THERE'S NOTHING IN THERE!!!!!!!! Well I knew that this was gonna be an educational build, so now I gotta put some stuff in there. But these adapters from "Adapter Kings" work great with the PTCruiser wheels I got .Now to look up the parts I need for the rear brakes; any ideas?  #banghead thanx Mike  BTW- I tried to insert pix but can't figure out how to do it, gimme a hint.

Photos have to be uploaded to a Site say photobucket.  You can then link to that site photo.
If you put [img before and after the link the picture will show. photobucket will even put the [img tags in for you.
Just copy the url and paste into the reply.
