If you have to copy at least be original!

Fo those who weren't there...

NiCopp line is not a new thing...It has been used by Volvo on their cars since the 1970's without a single failure due to the material

It is super easy to use, and bend. It is difficult to kink it while bending. It will NEVER rust or rot out

And the best part... It loves to be bubble flared!

Steel, rusts, kinks easily, is difficult to work with and extremely difficult at best to bubble flare.

I have used it to redo the lines on more than 10 beetles without a single issue

  Great job Shawn:

This info is a great reference. I know I'll be using it on my two projects.

For those of you that are looking to save some money here is a kit similar to what Shawn uses

Shawn, I was kicking myself for missing your demonstration. Thanks for posting this information. Very helpful.

I got a good look at the brake lines back by the transaxle when I was removing the engine and to say they are rusty is an understatement!! They'll definitely be replaced with this stuff.

Thanks for sharing!

You're welcome to come by, any time,  for a run-through if you'ld like.

You can hold the camera & we'll put the video in this thread!
