Its 3 dimentional... The flag/shield is ontop of the cog and the Logo goes on top of that like the wings a stewardess gives you when youre a kid... It fits perfectly. in my head   8rofl=

I like Shawn's knock off badge. A lot of things now are knock offs of something else. How many times have you listen to a song and you were like oh... that sounds like this song? Now artists are suing because of copyright issues. I've never really been super excited about our logo. The flames, or parrots or whatever it is... but that's just me.

I'd be first in line... (pending wallet) If we did a run of Shawn's badge.

Too much going on with Shawn's badge.   asttound   The one on the samba "SJ" is nice because it is simple.

My Friend Is prototyping the badge I made on his 3-D printer 2.5 hours per badge x2 for two flipped/flopped color White and Black Badges

It will be interesting to see how it looks if it prints?  \VW=

I agree.

On your rendition its good, I don't care for the black on red, I would like black on white.

I also like the more simple designs.
Although on first look I kinda liked Glen's design, but not after what Shawn pointed out.
Not trying to put anyone down or their designs, but in my opinion, I don't think we should knock off what someone else already knocked off and is still using, or has been in recent use.
I think if you borrow something from another design or logo it should be from something that has been extinct for a while, and have a fresh spin on it.
Unless you're trying to be funny like SNL or Weird Al.

Great idea, but a word of advice, folks that are interested should put up coin to buy first, before the club  goes off making or buying a ton of them so the club doesn't get stuck with them, like the calendars. old-\
