Went out to look at the choke today, I gave it 1 pump to allow the fast idle screw to go onto the proper notch. I took off the air cleaner to look at the choke, and the choke wasn't fully closed. So I loosened the 3 screws to close the choke moved the element and it had no effect. If you push it close with your finger *with some force* it would close but then the fast idle screw that sits on the notch falls of it and goes past the piece with the notches in it. Are you suppose to hold the arm back when adjusting the choke? I think that's where I messed up now that I think about it.
