Club Pic-a-nic Sun. 17th July

Club Picnic will be held at the "River View Pavilion", Red Bank Battlefield,
100 Hessian Ave, National Park, NJ 10am - 5pm Sunday 17th July 2011

Joe and I checked this out last year but they were booked up but we got a good spot this year. The Riverview Pavilion is the closest to the river and on a hot day it is still cool with a river breeze. Please read the rules below the map.

plastic ware (forks, knives, spoons) napkins  
serving plastic ware (large spoons/forks)
grilling utensils
table clothes (for 6-10 picnic tables)
soda (maybe cans will be easier)
juice and iced-tea
water
ice and coolers
ketchup / mustard / mayonnaise
potato chips / pretzels /snacks
potato salad
macaroni salad
baked beens
fruit salad
any other side dish you'd like to make
any other main dish
crock pots welcome
DESSERTS!! ... got one, plus a cake   

Please post on this thread what item(s) you would like to bring.  Feel free to think outside the box and bring something that's not on this list,  but let us know what you're bringing.  The Club will provide hotdogs, burgers and buns.

you can putme down for a couple cases of bee..... i mean soda.   &^beer& whistleegi  any requests?  along with that i will pack my own coolers and ice.

As a tech session for those interested i can teach you how to turn a soda can into a nice inconspicuous beer can cover. not that i promote hidden drinking i think it is a sign of alcoholism but just a fun trick incase you ever want to pass off a diet coke as a rugular.  whistleegi
