WOW What a weekend,This club and our members are everything I could ever ask for in a car club. Thank all of you for all of the hard work and long hours everyone put in to help me get my project ready to hit the streets!  I think I would have taken me at least a year to get done what the club did in a weekend!!!!  No to mention I would not have had the tools required to do the job!

We got 95% done by working till 11 pm Sunday; however the initial firing of the engine was stopped by a dead distributor.

This club amazes me, the knowledge and kindness of everyone is simply incredible!

I can not thank all of you guys enough!!

 09group:  &^beer&  =+grouphu9

I look forward to getting that distributor fixed and on the road, so I can drive over to the next overhauling and help the membership like they helped me.

Some Photos I did not take many, I was wrenching :-)

My fixed Sway Bar Links,  I'd love to be that good with a welder !!!

I think some suspension parts from the front are missing...

I know this should be on the bus!

This looks more like it!!!

The backs are looking good too!

Some pristine used parts LOL

Now this goes somewhere...

Ahhh, that's the spot !

it looked a lot less complicate when the engine was like this!!!!

Cheers,
Marc

Here's a little fun we had with the Youngin's who have no idea who Andy Granitelli is or what STP or it's infamous screwdriver test were all about

That was to funny, I remember when that was an actual commercial for STP. (when  it came in a can.) 2@@cool Over the years STP is probably the most controversial oil additive on the market,. But it works!!!!!

Some JackWagen swears by it to use at every oil change due to its high zinc contact if I remember correctly  %$oldcit

Great Job Guys.. Trust me working on these Vans never goes without hitches, and usually many of them.. But once you begin to slowly overcome them your be on the road. Only problem is there always seems to be another hitch that pops backup again and again. But the joys of these Vans are well worth the efforts.

The common difficulty normally is coming from the AC community to the WBX arena where things aren't always what they 1st appear 2 Be.. These Vans can get Complex but all-in-all a much better riding and overall better highway cruiser camper..
Good Job, and Good Luck...    thumpup)-
