I'm so glad you cancelled, because I just read the posting and I would be crestfallen (like my new word?) if I missed it.
   This is my favorite Japanese restaurant and the first choice when asked out for lunch by flavor vendors when I worked in Product Development.
  This restaurant is so authentic that when visiting flavor scientist and management from Hasakawa, a Japanese flavor company would come to the US, Sagami is where they were taken. Not Fort Lee or Philadelphia but in right here in Collingswood.
