Well, I finally finished Glen's Buggy today. Yea!
List of items finished:
R&R Engine
Adjust crank end play- not perfect but much better, looks like a little play in the thrust bearing
Adjust valves, timing plugs and carb
R&R Transaxle upgrade to tunnel trans- used bus nose cone due to mods on the front trans mount
Install new output shaft seal, axle boots, axle seal kits and change trans gear oil
Adjust clutch cable
Adjust all brakes
R&R both tie rods adjust steering tow
Adjust link pins

Im going over to Savich to pick up my New Alternator for my bug. Next, i need to figure out how to do the wiring from gen to alt under the back seat. Then ill be installing a 2nd battery for my stereo. Oooo my weekend is gonna b gooood!!!!!
