Shes a 1967 with duel carbs and a bad rattlecan paint job.   She was red/pink when PO bought her.   I wouldn't say rust free but mostly there. She needs window seals bad all around. Having a hard time at the DMV getting  a good shot of the front for the QQ tags. They keep saying to dark in the front and cant see the Wheels.

I guess im going to have to throw a shop light under there or something.

Cheers

Repeat after me: "The Sun is my friend....!"
Pull it out of the shade, point the nose towards the Sun, and snap away.
I had the same picture problems at DMV with mine.

It was a beautiful weekend here so i gassed up yesterday and hung out by the beach with family. Today i met up with the Twin City VW Club and we had a 10 car caravan to see some local reggae singers shooting a video. We didnt have cars in it. It was a collaboration segment to film. I surely miss u guys!

Bug-a-ru is the man. Jay put a battery combiner in the LoveBus and I don't think I could have got a more professional job done by anyone, the man is a perfectionist in everything he does. What took him 6 hours to do I would have done in two. (half-assed of course)

The Combiner, controls the charging of of the starting battery and the secondary deep cycle battery.

The secondary deep cycle battery

Next to install to the secondary battery is the Inveter DC to AC this should handle any 110v I will need, charging cell phone. cameras etc. Combiner web site http://www.yandina.com/c100InfoR3.htm

Put the old empi shifter in Harry "67 sq" out of the Buggy.

Man what  a difference.  I still need to replace the shift rod bushing  looks easier than on a bug its close to the shifter hole.

Cheers
