Just got a call from the paint shop  2@@cool  2@@cool 

The 67 Bug ( now The Ghost )  will be ready for pick up
at 10:00 am tomorrow  :jump4jo": :jump4jo": :jump4jo":

cleaned up the garage, finished sanding the inside of the bug and etch priming. Finally pulled all the small pieces together (glove box door, rear directionals, dashboard grates, ashtray cover) have to chemical strip them and then prime. Probably tommorrow.

Put a Intake Spring #3 back in the buggy.  Couldn't have done it without this.  clap2-*

Also put a Oil Temp Gauge in the Buggy.  :jump4jo": It's just nice to know what the temp is. 2@@cool

Drove down to Fort Washington Park in DC. 185mi/ea way. **^bana0 Went to a picnic with classmates and friends from the Virgin Islands. It's a yearly event, that's why i didn't do any VW shows this weekend! Booze and food was FREE!!! can't beat that!

Started reconstruction of "The Ghost"  
Mounted the tail lights & plate light, front parking lights

Using all new rubber & seals  
Have to wait until next week to do more, after they finish
rubbing out the new paint.  

After that will put in the new fender welts, running boards,
and the many more items, like bumpers, etc

By the way the color is pearl white and pearl metallic blue
